I know what it’s like to not have the investment capital to grow my knowledge base or my business … I also know what it’s like to stretch my finances to make my dreams come true! So before you register, let me share with you where my journey has brought me this far ... here's the short version of my journey.

THE HISTORY

My timeline to earning over $250,000.00 a year in Less Than 3 Years Doing What I Love To Do!
1995	I started receiving compliments on my speaking ability as I built my multilevel marketing business.
1996	I became a member of Toastmasters. I was speaking every chance I got, not only at Toastmasters, but all over Sacramento. I started speaking for FREE at my high school for my former teachers. I made it a point to speak at least 3 times per week.
1997	Speaking became my full time profession. I began speaking for Monster’s, “Making It Count”, an organization that sends speakers to high schools and colleges across the country.
1998	I started speaking 75 to 140 times per year making $100.00 per speech. I was still doing free gigs, tons of Toastmasters talks while speaking to build my multilevel business.
2000	Entered the Toastmasters speech contest, earned 3rd place in the Region. I stayed the course speaking more in 1 month for different audiences than most were doing in a year. Thanks to the Toastmasters contests, I earned a deluge of other paid opportunities such as Hewlett Packard, 24 hour fitness, California Transportation and Colonial Life Insurance. Each were paid engagements; however, my lack of understanding the importance of marketing within my speaking business meant I was hustling constantly without leveraging and maximizing my time in front of these audiences.
2001	As the top speaker in the company, “Making It Count” created a full time speaking position for me. I was earning $35,000.00 per year with benefits. I was motivating the motivators at these trainings (see picture). I was also hired as a SkillPath Seminar trainer making $250.00 per 2-day seminar. I spent the year speaking for Toastmasters, Making It Count, Skillpath, building my multilevel business and booking speaking engagements through other word of mouth referrals.
2002	I was becoming frustrated with the compensation I was receiving versus the passion and talent I had inside of me. I didn’t have the understanding or guidance to go to the next level … So I stayed where I was for the next 2 years. Can You Relate?
2004	I made a decision that “I’ve had it!” I decided that in order to go to the next level I was going to have to invest in myself. I had to humble myself to learn from the people who knew what to do. I attended 2 conferences, in which I invested a total of $14,000 ... NO, THAT'S NOT A TYPO ... $14,000. I had a conversation with Willie Jolley at one of these conferences, one of my mentors at the time. Willie said it was time to step out on my own and build my own business. … He told me I was ready, that I could do it. He was right. (And so can YOU!) 2005	Eight months after attending those conferences, and after aggressively applying just ONE of the ideas I learned, I looked back, did some math and realized I had earned over $100,000.00 that year. I became an international speaker delivering motivational messages around the world in countries like England (as seen below), and Jamaica. I opened up 2005 with a speaking fee of $5,000 for one hour and had no problem getting it. And so can you!
2006	In March of 2006, I launched the first of the From the Ground Up New Speaker Basic Training Series in Sacramento, California. In this setting, I was able to see my dreams come to life by helping new speakers avoid the pitfalls that I experienced early in my career by showing them how to build a strong foundation for their own speaking businesses.
And We Don’t Stop:
2006	The second From the Ground Up training was held in September of 2006.
	The inaugural college event titled, Your Time is Now Leadership Empowerment Movement was held October 17, 2006 at Washington State University. It took a lot of work, but was worth every ounce of energy we put into it.
2007	Another vision coming to fruition…March 9-11, 2007, First Step for Speakers Conference was held in Los Angeles, California. My vision was a conference where speakers could come to be empowered, entertained and enlightened. I also envisioned shooting a pilot for a contest where speakers could showcase their talent, that pilot was shot during the conference.
	July 26-29, 2007 Our third training was held in Sacramento. At this time I decided to rename the training Kevin Bracy’s School of Motivation From the Ground Up. LifeChangers holds 2 of these trainings each year in Sacramento, California.
2007	“Without vision people perish.” For years I had a dream to recreate Def Comedy Jam into a speaker showcase rather than a comedic showcase. The result of that desire is Kevin Bracy’s MonSTARS of Motivation, the first of which was held and filmed as a television pilot on September 9, 2007 in Sacramento, California. 2008	January 5, 2008 Kevin Bracy’s MonSTARS of Motivation: *A New Year! \| A New View! \| A New You!* held in front of a second sold-out crowd in Sacramento, California.
	March 7-9, 2008 First Step for Speakers in Los Angeles, California. My second groundbreaking training conference incorporated the 2nd Kevin Bracy's Speak Up Speak Off Competition and the 3rd MonSTARS of Motivation With Hollywood television executives in attendance, the successes of these shows included my first verbal offer for a television agreement for the production of The Kevin Bracy Show (Working Title)
2008	May 20, 2008 Speaking Highlight: Spoke at Texas A&M - Corpus Christi
	May 22-25, 2008 Kevin Bracy’s School of Motivation From the Ground Up “New Speaker” Basic Training held in Sacramento, California. June 23, 2008 Officially entered into written television agreement for the production of The Kevin Bracy Show (Working Title).
2008	August 25, 2008 Speaking Highlight: Spoke at my alma mater, the University of Utah before an audience of over 400 athletes, with 17 sports represented. This was Utah's first 13-0 season. They were the only undefeated college football team in America this year.
	September 18-21, 2008 Kevin Bracy’s School of Motivation From the Ground Up “New Speaker” Basic Training held in Sacramento, California, and incorporated the 4th performance of Kevin Bracy's MonSTARS of Motivation, in front of another sold-out crowd. October 4, 2008 Kevin Bracy’s Brace Yourself and Do It one-day motivational seminar held at the University of Phoenix Sacramento Campus. October 15-17, 2008 Speaking Highlight: Mission Hills Mortgage Bankers. Delivered 5 talks over 3 days in Chico, Yuba City, Oroville, and Redding. November 13, 2008 Speaking Highlight: Spoke at Mack McGhee's Shine in '09 One-day event in Chicago, IL. December 13, 2008 Kevin Bracy’s Brace Yourself and Do It one-day motivational seminar held at the University of Phoenix Sacramento Campus.
2009	January 7, 2009 Speaking Highlight: Keller Williams Realty - Elk Grove, CA Office. Delivered motivational speech titled: It's Gonna Be A Great Year! January 12, 2009 Speaking Highlight: Returned to Mission Hills Mortgage Bankers to speak to managers for their 2009 Kick-Off event. January 13, 2009 Speaking Highlight: Delivered speech for Martin Luther King Day to 1900 students at Jackson High School in Mill Creek, Washington. View this speech on YouTube.

What changed?

1. I made the decision that “I've had it!”

2. I still invest in myself to learn from the people “in the know.”

3. I still study all of the books, audios, DVD’s, and quotes I could get my hands on. I became a devout student of the game.

4. I still work like it depends upon me and pray like it depends on GOD.

5. I still put the law of attraction into action.

6. I used a strategic process that I will be sharing with you.

7. I keep repositioning and reinventing myself!

In less than 3 years, I made over $275,000 strictly from the streams of income created through my speaking business.
