Kevin Bracy's SpeakUp/SpeakOff Competition has become one of the biggest highlights of the First Step for Speakers Conference. The contest is a ready-made platform for speakers new and old alike to share their gift in front of our live audience. The timed competition format creates a fast-moving entertainment spectacle that has become a crowd favorite year after year. Last year's winner was Michael Shawn Robinson, who went on to become one of our featured MonSTARS of Motivation in Sacramento on September 19, 2008.
