Jessica Bracy

It has been said that behind every great man is a great woman. According to Jessica Bracy, behind every great man is an exhausted woman!

Born and raised in Saratoga, California, Jessica went to college at the University of Utah where she earned degrees in both sociology and criminal justice. Putting her degrees to use after college Jessica worked with youth in a juvenile justice facility before co-creating LifeChangers International beside her husband, Kevin Bracy. She has since become the power behind LifeChangers' explosive growth. .

Jessica's inner strength puts her in a league by herself. She balances managing a home and a thriving business with being the loving mother of her step-daughter daughter Kendra (Jessica calls Kendra the easiest baby she never had to have) and son Kobe. Kobe J. Bracy was born after Jessica spent five (5) months on bed rest, three of them in the hospital. Kobe came into the world at 28 weeks gestation, weighing 2.5 pounds. Four years later, to the day, Jessica and Kevin's second son, Kaleb Julius Bracy, was born. Weighing just 13 ounces, Kaleb was born too soon. He died an hour and 18 minutes after his birth.

To honor both their sons and to provide support for other families who have experienced premature births, the Bracys are proud to be the Greater Sacramento Region's Ambassador Family for the March of Dimes for the second year in a row. Though she is not a speaker by profession, Jessica speaks throughout the West Coast to various audiences, including Sutter Health, Bank of America, Farmers' Insurance, the California State Assembly and the California State Senate, to name a few. She is a strong advocate for the March of Dimes, serving on various committees to help raise awareness and money for a cause near and dear to her heart. Jessica is the founder of Women of Influence, an organization of female entrepreneurs who inspire women to discover their purpose in life. Doru Ghedeon Bere

Doru Ghedeon Bere, principal of Dreambox Creative, was born and raised in communist Romania. From his youth he dreamed of being free from communist oppression and free from imposed limitations to live his life. At 22 he seized the opportunity to turn his dream into reality and escaped from Romania to immigrate to America. Since then he has continued to learn, work, love and teach others about the value of freedom that affords people the choice to design the life of their dreams.

Charles Allison

Charles Allison, principal of CA1 Marketing, brings over 15 years experience working as a professional in the sports broadcasting, professional video production, and web publishing industries. He is a graduate of Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, where he earned a BA in Broadcasting. Since 1994, he has enjoyed being an integral part of the creative team behind the legendary Game Presentation of the 2-Time Pacific Division Champion Sacramento Kings and 2005 WNBA Champion Sacramento Monarchs while working for Maloof Sports & Entertainment, one of the premiere ownership groups in all of professional sports - twice recognized by J.D. Power & Associates for having the #1 overall fan experience in the NBA. As a proud member of this internationally-recognized organization, Charles has developed a significant appreciation for the importance of always providing quality customer service and presenting both excellence and consistency in brand messaging.

Charles joined the LifeChangers International team in March of 2006, and has put his years of professional production experience to work videotaping and creating exclusive marketable DVDs and CDs for the participants of our From The Ground Up training program. He is responsible for our multi-media and video content, and is currently working on the development of several exciting new LifeChangers International projects that will be launched in 2007. He specializes in video production and Internet Marketing and is looking forward to sharing ideas that can help you grow your business.
